I loved the combination of strong ginger and lemongrass that is found in Bali. This is a tea that still features at our place. Not only is it such a peaceful tea, engendering bliss and wellbeing, it is great for the appetite and digestive system.
Balinese Ginger and Lemongrass Tea
From a trip to Bali
Sliced Ginger, 1 lemon grass stalked crushed and cut into 2 cm pieces, 1 tspn honey (optional) 2 - 4 cups boiling water Infuse the herbs in the water with the honey. Serve and sip slowly. Relax and be at peace.
