Pasta with Tomato and Basil

Quick. Easy, Yummy. The three essentials for good eating.

400 g freshly boiled pasta, cooked for only 6 minutes 400 ml hot Italian tomato pasta sauce (sugo), home made or purchased handful basil leaves
handful grated parmesan extra parmesan

When the pasta has cooked for only 6 minutes, drain, and add to the simmering sugo (Italian tomato sauce), and add the parmesan. When the pasta is al dente, stir though the basil leaves and serve with extra pasta and a basil leaf or two sprinkled on top.
